Purchase premium, certified pre-owned eBikes directly from owners with zero risk. Our process ensures you get exactly what you pay for.
Step 1: Find Your Perfect eBike
Browse the UK's most secure marketplace featuring over 60 eBike brands. Shop with confidence knowing every seller must pass strict identity checks and provide proof of ownership before their listing goes live.
Search and filter: Easily find exactly what you need, from premium eCargo bikes to specific brands, including an option for unlisted rare finds.
Browse verified listings: Every seller on the platform completes a mandatory biometric liveness check and uploads a government-issued photo ID via Stripe.
Verified ownership: We check the original purchase receipt. If the seller does not have one, they must sign a legally binding Statutory Declaration of Ownership and upload a verification selfie with the bike.
Step 2: Secure Your Purchase
Negotiate the best price and pay securely through Stripe using traditional methods like Apple Pay or card. Your money is locked safely in our Smart Escrow account, ensuring the seller doesn't get paid until you have the bike.
Make an offer: Negotiate on fixed-price listings or Dutch auctions, allowing you and the seller to counter-offer up to three times.
Immediate payment: Once an offer is agreed upon, payment must be completed within 24 hours.
Smart Escrow: Your funds are held securely. You never have to carry large amounts of cash or risk off-platform bank transfers.
Step 3: Inspect and Collect
Meet the seller or receive your bike via our trusted logistics partner. Complete your mandatory handover checklist and scan the unique QR code to officially take possession.
Trusted logistics or safe meetings: Have the bike delivered by our exclusive logistics partner with ID verification, or meet the seller in person at a neutral ground location.
Pre-handover checks: We advise manually checking the frame serial number against BikeRegister (the UK's national cycle database) before accepting the bike.
Mandatory checklist: Before scanning the handover code, you must confirm the serial number matches, the motor engages smoothly, and the bike complies with UK EAPC regulations.
The QR Handover: Scan the seller's unique QR code (or enter a 6-digit release code) using your app. This serves as your formal proof of delivery and waives any "Item Not Received" claims.
Step 4: Ride with Confidence
Scanning the QR code starts your strict 48-hour functional inspection window. Test the bike thoroughly, and if everything is perfect, release the funds to instantly receive your Digital Title.
The 48-hour window: You have exactly 48 hours to test the electronic components, battery health, and motor assistance for any significant misrepresentation.
Mutual Adjustments: If you find a minor, undisclosed cosmetic issue or a component requiring immediate service, use our built-in tool to negotiate a partial refund (between 5% and 50% in 5% increments) directly with the seller.
Dispute resolution: If there is a major mechanical failure, click "Report an Issue" and upload a mandatory 30-second video demonstrating the fault for our admin team to review.
Finalise and own: If you are happy, click "Release Funds Now" to end the timer early. Your funds will be automatically released to the seller, and your official Digital Title and purchase records will be transferred to your dashboard.
