Dispute & Refund Policy

eBike Exchange acts as a neutral referee to ensure fair outcomes for all verified members.

1. Reporting an Issue

If a bike is Significantly Not As Described, buyers must submit visual evidence within the 48-hour window. The burden of proof lies entirely with the Buyer; incomplete submissions will be dismissed after 24 hours.

2. Dispute Finality

In the event of a dispute, eBike Exchange reserves the right to act as the sole arbiter. Decisions are binding regarding the release of escrowed funds.

3. Returns and Fees

If a refund is deemed appropriate, the Buyer is responsible for returning the Bike to the Seller in the exact condition it was received at their own cost. The eBike Exchange Service Fee remains non-refundable regardless of the dispute outcome.
