What if the battery fails three days after I buy it? Because eBike Exchange facilitates private sales, we operate a 48-Hour Inspection Window. After 48 hours, the sale is final.

How do I know the bike isn’t stolen? Every seller must pass an ID check. Sellers without receipts must sign a legal Statutory Declaration of Ownership; providing false info here is a criminal offence. We also encourage buyers to check the Serial Number against BikeRegister and the manufacturer to ensure the frame number is recognised by them.

Can I change my mind if I just don't like the bike? No. We do not offer "Buyer’s Remorse" returns. Our dispute system is strictly for Significant Misrepresentation.

Is my money safe in Escrow? Yes. Your funds are held by our secure payment partner. The Seller cannot access the money until the 48-hour inspection window has passed without a dispute.
