Buyer's Inspection Guide
To protect your purchase and ensure the bike matches its "Verified" status, please perform the following checks immediately upon receipt within your 48-hour verification window.
1. Electrical & Drive System
Ensure the display unit initialises without error codes. Test all power modes (Eco, Tour, Turbo) to ensure the motor engages smoothly. Charge the battery to 100% to verify it holds charge as described.
2. Mechanical Integrity
Check that the brakes are biting correctly with no "sponginess" in hydraulic levers. Shift through all gears under moderate load to ensure crisp shifting. Test forks and rear shocks for smooth travel and correct rebound.
3. Cosmetic & Legal Verification
Inspect the frame for cracks, deep gouges, or non-disclosed chips. Verify the Frame Number with the manufacturer to ensure the frame number is recognised by them. Confirm all chargers, keys, and manuals listed are present.
How to Report a Concern
If the bike fails these checks, document the specific issue clearly with video evidence and log into your dashboard to click "Raise a Concern". This must be done within 48 hours of delivery to pause the automated payment.
